My latest weight loss news is that another 2.8 pounds is gone and I am now at 192.6.  Hopefully next week I'll be able to say that i am below 190! This is a slow process but I am determined to meet my goals every week and lose!  :)

So I'm keeping up with my weekly weight post. Another 3 pounds are gone and that brings my total to 15.8 gone and my current weight is 195.4. I feel great!! :)

So here's the latest from my last weigh in on Friday. I lost another 2.2 pounds. This brought my total lose to 12.8 pounce and my current weight is 198.4. I am officially out off the the 200's and in onederland!!

Ok, so here goes! I've tried forever to lose the weight on my own and it just hasn't worked! Well, two weks ago I finally took serious action and decided to do something about it. I joined weight watchers and started going to weekly meetings and weigh ins. My starting weight at first weigh in was 211.2. This was very depressing as my highest weight i've ever been at was 215. I am however proud to say that on Friday I went to my second weigh in and I am down to 200.6. I have lost 10.6 pounds in 2 weeks! Wish me luck that I will be able to stay on track!  :)
