Ever feel like doing this?I do! I am struggling because if I don't hurry and eat right when I feel hungry, I get that pukey feeling... and I don't like that at all. I'm trying really hard not to just eat junk every time, but it only works about half of the time! Hope everyone is doing well resisting the urge to just dive in.
