October Health Challenge!
Here is to a new month! For the October Health Challenge... how about picking a time in the evening and commit to not eating after that time. YOU CAN DO IT and I promise you will see results just from cutting out late night snacking. When I first started my no eating after 8 I lost 5 lbs in the first week! We are all different but you will see results!!! My time is 8 and with trying to lose a little bit of the summer chub I packed on I am thinking of changing it to 7 but I will put it on here if I do so I am accountable for the change to my blog friends;)

I just started this. My time is 9. I know that might be late but I have tried 8 before and it didn't work so well. I also decided that I had 1 night a week that I could eat after 9. Good luck with 7 Brandi!!!
