So I went to my weigh in today hoping for 2.2 pounds lost because that would pub me at 30 total. I was happily surprised do find out that I lost 3.8 pounds, which is 31.6 total lost. Also this put me into the 170's! I am 179.6 and wearing a size 12 jeans today!! :)
