Well, last week I lost 3 pounds and this week I lost only 1. One pine for this week isn't bad after Christmas goodies this past week. I am down a total of 36.6 pounds and my weight is 174.6. No complaints!! Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas!! 🎄
