I have
officially started the workout phase! I finally got off my rear and joined a gym that is available to me at a discount thru my work. So, yesterday and today I went and did a 1/2 hr on the treadmill and a 1/2 hr on the stationary bikes. I hope that I can keep it up at least 3 times! (:

I hope you do too, cause it really sucks to pay for a gym membership you don't use. I just did it for 2 years what a waste. But you are strong you can do it!!!
