Okay so here are my goals:
1. Don't eat junk food when I am by myself.
2. Don't eat after 8:30 P.M.
3. Eat lunch....besides cheese slices and fruit snacks.
4. Work out 3 times a week.
5. keep track of what I am eating. (I think I fear this one the most.)
Anybody have a good step aerobics workout DVD that I can use?
I will let you know how I do.....

Good luck Danielle! I think you'll do great! It's not step - but Brandi can probably make you a copy of the Biggest Loser workout vids.
I've done those and it just doesn't have that big of an appeal to me. I love step aerobics and I know it works for me.. I lost 20 lbs in high school doing it.
I have a Carmen Electra striptease workout dvd. Ü It's not the best workout,but its fun.
I think Stan would love it if I borrowed that workout DVD! HAha!
