Bobi's "boring" weekly update

Boring because... nothing happened! Not one pound gained, not one pound lost! I'm not sure, but I think my body may be at a plateau stage. I have started working out 5-6 days a week, making sure to take Sundays off. I am loving feeling something going on in my muscles again! It's been way too long that my muscles have just been sitting dormant!! I have been doing the Biggest Loser season 1 and 2 workout DVD's. Hopefully this week I can kick this plateau in the butt and get back to it!
Scratch that last statement.
I WILL kick this plateau in the butt this week and get back to it!
