How do you ladies get the motivation to work out. I do not have any motivation to do this? I know I will feel better after I do it but that still isn't enough for me to get it done.

I know you can do it Danielle! It is hard though I know!
When I used to jog in the morning I had a HARD time waking up. It helped if I worked out with someone. Another thing I did when I went alone and was feeling less than motivated was to tell myself that I'd exercise for only 10 min. Usually that would get me out the door, and then once I was started I always finished my work-out.
